Preparation: |
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream butter, shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla until all the sugar has melted. Add dry ingredients folding it gently until well mixed (do not over mix). Stir in chocolate chips. Drop a spoonful at a time onto an ungreased baking sheet leaving enough space in between because they will doble its size. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes until light brown (do not overcook), let stand for 5 minutes before removing them from baking sheet. |
