 All-American Chili
 Ingredients:
     1 pound lean ground beef  1 cup chopped onion
     2 tablespoons Chili Powder  2 teaspoons Cumin, Ground
     1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder  1/2 teaspoon Oregano Leaves
     1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained  1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
     1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce  shredded cheedar cheese
     sour cream  
All-American Chili
 Preparation:
1. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain fat, if needed.

2. Stir in spices and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped onion, if desired.
