 Trenza Camba (Baked Braid)
 Ingredients:
     6 cups flour  2 cups whole wheat flour
     1 cup wheat bran  2,1/4 cups warm water
     3 tablespoon fresh yeast  4 tablespoon sugar
     5 eggs  1 cup margarine
     1 teaspoon salt

 Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix both flours with wheat bran, sugar and salt. Make a hole in center and place the crumbled yeast. Pour 1 cup of warm water, cover with a cloth and let stand for 10 minutes.
After this time add 4 beaten eggs and margarine. Mix with hands, and add slowly the remaining water, just enough to reach a soft dough. Cover and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
Make small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and roll them to reach about 30 cms. long strings. Take a piece of dough by the middle and cross it; then, put the ends together to make the shape of a ring.
Brush with beaten egg, and bake in moderate oven for 15-20 minutes. Then, open oven door and keep it open for 3 minutes. Turn oven to very low temperature and close oven door again.
Keep bread in the oven for approximately 2 hours, or until nicely dried and toasted. Make sure the oven is not hot, so the bread will not burn.
