 Anchi (Dessert)
 Ingredients:
     150 grs. precooked corn meal  8 medium lemons
     250 grs. dried peaches  250 grs. sugar
     1 stick cinnamon  1 liter water
Anchi (Dessert)
 Preparation:
Wash dried peaches and cook them with water and cinnamon until tender (approximately 30 minutes).
Add slowly cornmeal and cook stirring continuously with a wooden spoon until thickens (2-3 minutes).
Remove from heat and add sugar and the juice of the lemons. Take to heat again and cook for 1 extra minute, stirring constantly.
Let cool off and serve.
 Comments:
Dried peaches are also known as Mocochinchi or Orejones.
