|     ||150 grs. precooked corn meal||  ||8 medium lemons|
|     ||250 grs. dried peaches||  ||250 grs. sugar|
|     ||1 stick cinnamon||  ||1 liter water|
|Wash dried peaches and cook them with water and cinnamon until tender (approximately 30 minutes).|
Add slowly cornmeal and cook stirring continuously with a wooden spoon until thickens (2-3 minutes).
Remove from heat and add sugar and the juice of the lemons. Take to heat again and cook for 1 extra minute, stirring constantly.
Let cool off and serve.
