 Apple Crumb Coffee Cake
 Ingredients:
     Ingredients for the Cake:  1 egg yolk
     2 cups  flour  1/2 teaspoon  baking powder
     1/4 pound  soft butter  5 tablespoons  milk
     Ingredients for the Apple Filling:  8  peeled and sliced apples
     3/4 cups sugar  1 teaspoon  cinnamon
     Ingredients for Crumb Topping:  1/4 pound  soft butter
     1 cup flour  1/4 cup  sugar
     2 teaspoons  cinnamon  
Apple Crumb Coffee Cake
 Preparation:
For the Cake:
In bowl, cream the butter, sugar and egg. Add the dry ingredients and add milk. Mix well. Grease a square baking pan.
Spread this dough to cover the bottom of the pan.
For the Filling:
Mix all together in a bowl. Now, spread this mixture over the dough in the pan.
For the Topping:
Mix the crumb topping ingredients, and
spread over the apples in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cooled.
