Grilled Scallops Au Vin | Ingredients: |      | 1 1/2 pounds sea scallops |   | 1/4 cup white wine |      | 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted |   | 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder |      | 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Onion Powder |   | 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Tarragon Leaves |      | 1/4 teaspoon salt |   |

Preparation: |
1. Thread scallops onto skewers. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Brush over both sides of scallops.
2. Broil or grill over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until scallops are opaque, brushing occasionally with remaining wine mixture.
Tips Test Kitchen Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
