| Rotini Pasta with Garlic Prawns |
|     ||350 grs. Rotini pasta||  ||250 grs. prawns|
|     ||2 garlic cloves||  ||1/3 cup white wine|
|     ||hot chili (as desired)||  ||4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil|
|     ||salt (as desired)||  |
|Remove skin from prawns and rinse them. Place the skins into a pot with water and salt and cook for 10 minutes. |
Place into a strainer and heat the broth again.
Once it begins to boil, add pasta and cook "al dente".
While pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a skillet and brown slightly the peeled and chopped garlic with the hot chili.
Add wine, mix and cook for a few minutes.
Add prawns, check seasoning and cook for a minute.
Once the pasta is done, drain and add the skillet with the prawns. Stir well and serve.
