 Rotini Pasta with Garlic Prawns
     350 grs. Rotini pasta  250 grs. prawns
     2  garlic cloves  1/3 cup white wine
     hot chili (as desired)  4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
     salt (as desired)  
Rotini Pasta with Garlic Prawns
Remove skin from prawns and rinse them. Place the skins into a pot with water and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Place into a strainer and heat the broth again.
Once it begins to boil, add pasta and cook "al dente".
While pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a skillet and brown slightly the peeled and chopped garlic with the hot chili.
Add wine, mix and cook for a few minutes.
Add prawns, check seasoning and cook for a minute.
Once the pasta is done, drain and add the skillet with the prawns. Stir well and serve.
