Cuñapé (Cheese and Cassava Bread) | Ingredients: |      | 1 cup cassava flour |   | 3 cups grated cheese |      | 1 egg |   | 1/2 teaspoon baking powder |      | milk |   |

Preparation: |
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Add milk just enough to form a dough. You should not have a sticky dough. Make small balls of dough, and let double their size. Place them on a greased pan and bake at 345°F until they are light golden. Remove from oven and enjoy these cuñapes with a cup of tea. |
