 Cuñapé (Cheese and Cassava Bread)
 Ingredients:
     1 cup  cassava flour  3 cups grated cheese
     1 egg  1/2 teaspoon baking powder
     milk  
Cuñapé (Cheese and Cassava Bread)
 Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Add milk just enough to form a dough. You should not have a sticky dough. Make small balls of dough, and let double their size. Place them on a greased pan and bake at 345°F until they are light golden. Remove from oven and enjoy these cuñapes with a cup of tea.
 Comments:
This is a traditional recipe for tea time in the Bolivian lowlands.
Cuñapes taste better served warm.
