Crunchy Maple Syrup Pork Chop | Ingredients: |      | 4 pork chops |   | 1/2 cup maple syrup |      | 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce |   | 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |      | 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar |   | 1 onion |      | 1 teaspoon powdered mustard |   | 300 grs. brocoli |      | salt (as desired) |   | ground black pepper |

Preparation: |
1. Place pork chops on a grill and bake in preheated 180º oven for 30 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, combine the other ingredientes, except brocoli, and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Remove chops from grill and transfer to an oven dish. 4. Cover with the sauce and take again to hot oven for 5 additional minutes. 5. Brush chops several timas with the sauce while cooking. 6. Serve with the cooked brocoli and garnish with pineapple, if desired. |
