 Beet-Orange Cake
 Ingredients:
     3 cups sugar  3 cups flour
     3  beets  1 cup orange juice
     2 tablespoons butter or margarine  3 eggs
     1 tablespoon baking powder  1 can heavy cream
     chocolate (amount desired)  sugar (amount desired)
 
 Preparation:
1.- Cook in water the beets (half cooked).
2.- Blend the following ingredients: egg yolks, 3 beets, orange juice, sugar and butter.
3.- Add previous mixture to the flour which has been mixed with baking powder. Beat egg whites to stiff consistency and add to mixture.
4.- Pour into a greased and floured cake tin.
5.- Bake on medium oven for approximately 35 minutes.

* FROSTING:

1.- Combine cream with chocolate and sugar.
2.- Heat in a saucepan and pour hot over the cake.
