Baked Scallops | Ingredients: |      | 1 pound scallops |   | 2 cups soda cracker crumbs |      | 1 cups soft bread crumbs |   | 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine |      | 1/2 teaspoon salt |   | Pepper to taste |      | 1 cup light cream |   |

Preparation: |
Wash scallops in cold running water and drain. Cut in half, crosswise, if using large scallops. Combine butter or margarine with bread crumbs and salt and pepper. In a greased baking dish alternate layers of scallops with layers of crumb mixture ending with crumb mixture. Add light cream and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
