 Baked Scallops
 Ingredients:
     1 pound scallops  2 cups soda cracker crumbs
     1 cups soft bread crumbs  3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
     1/2 teaspoon salt  Pepper to taste
     1 cup light cream  
Baked Scallops
 Preparation:
Wash scallops in cold running water and drain. Cut in half, crosswise, if using large scallops.
Combine butter or margarine with bread crumbs and salt and pepper.
In a greased baking dish alternate layers of scallops with layers of crumb mixture ending with crumb mixture.
Add light cream and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
