 Barbecue chicken
 Ingredients:
     1 whole chicken  1/4 cup water
     1/4 cup vinegar  1/2 cup catsup
     1 tablespoon brown sugar  1 tablespoon prepared mustard
     1/4 teaspoon salt  1/8 teaspoon pepper
     1 small onion  1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Barbecue chicken
 Preparation:
Heat oven to 325 F. Cut chicken in 8 or 10 pieces. Trim excess fat. Place chicken on a baking pan and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a blender put the water, vinegar, catsup, brown sugar, mustard, salt, pepper and onion quartered. Blend until smooth. In a sauce pan heat this mixture to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat. simmer uncovered for 15 minutes and keep stirring. Take the chicken out of the oven and pour in 3/4 of the prepared sauce, making sure each piece of chicken its well covered with the sauce. After it cooks for about 20 more minutes take it out and pour in the rest of the sauce. Cook for about 10 more minutes and its done. Serve preferably with mashed potatoes.
