 CORN BREAD OR STICKS
 Ingredients:
     2 cups self-rising flour  1 tbsp sugar
     1 tbsp baking powder  1 egg
     1 cup corn meal  1 1/2 cups milk
CORN BREAD OR STICKS
 Preparation:
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add egg and milk.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased pan or corn stick pan.


 Comments:
Yields 1 pan or 24 sticks. Non-fat dry milk may be used rather than fresh milk.
