 Matzo Brei
 Ingredients:
     6 Matzo Matzo, egg or plain  1 egg beaten
     1/4 tsp vanilla  
Matzo Brei
 Preparation:
1. Break up 6 Matzo and soak them in a bowl of water.

2. Squeeze the water out of them.

3. Dip them in egg.

4. Fry them in a frying pan until golden brown.

5. Serve with syrup, cinnamon or fruit.
