7-UP Chocolate Chip Pound Cake | Ingredients: |      | 1 1/2 cups softened butter |   | 2 teaspoons vanilla |      | 3 cups sugar |   | 5 eggs |      | 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour |   | 1/2 cup cocoa |      | 3/4 cup 7-Up soda |   | 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |

Preparation: |
1 Cream butter with an electric mixer. 2 Add sugar and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. 3 Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. 4 Stir in flour and cocoa, blending thoroughly. 5 Stir in 7UP. 6 Fold in chocolate chips. 7 Spoon into a well greased 10-inch tube pan. 8 Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 9Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. 10Remove from pan, cool completely. |
