 Chicken and Apple Salad
 Ingredients:
     1 chicken breast (baked or boiled)  2 apples
     3 tablespoons plain yogurt  3 tablespoons mayonnaise
     2 sticks celery  1/2 head lettuce
     salt and pepper  
Chicken and Apple Salad
 Preparation:
Chop the cooked chicken breast and place in a salad bowl.
Peel and chop the apples. Chop finely the celery sticks.
Slice lettuce in fine strips.
Mix sepparately the yogurt with mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.
Add all ingredients to chicken and mix thoroughly.
