 Bolivian fricase
 Ingredients:
     2 tbsp Oil  1 kg Ribs of pork(cut in 16 pieces)
     1 cup Chopped onion  1 tsp Cumin
     1/2 tsp Ground pepper  1 tsp Oregano
     4 cloves Chopped garlic  1/2 cup Ground chilli
     1 tbsp Salt  1/2 cup Chopped green onion
     1/2 cup Dried bread crumbs  8 Cooked potatoes
Bolivian fricase
 Preparation:
1.- Boil 8 cups of water.
2.- Place the 2 Tbsp of oil in a pot and fry the pork until golden.
3.- Then, add the chopped onion, cumin, pepper, oregano, chilli, garlic, salt and green onion.
4.- Mix well and add the 8 cups of boiling water.
5.- Leave cooking for about 2 hours or until the meat of the pork starts to fall of the bones. Try to keep the same amount of water in the pot, so add water if you have to.
6.- A litte before serving, add the bread crumbs to add a little bit of texture. Serve in a bowl with some potato.
 Comments:
If you don't like spicy food, just remove the chilli.
