 No Work Black Bean Soup
 Ingredients:
1 Green pepper chopped  2 Tbsp Olive oil
3 cans Black beans  1 can Campbells French Onion Soup
1 package Splenda  2 Garlic cloves, chopped

 Preparation:
Put olive oil in small pot. Heat on medium heat and add green pepper. Once it is soft, add garlic. While green pepper is cooking, put two of the cans of black beans in the food processor and blend to make a puree. You may have to process separately, but you do NOT need to drain. After the garlic has cooked for at least 1 minute, add the black bean puree, 1 can of whole black beans (drained), the onion soup, and the splenda. As soon as the soup is hot you can serve it.
 Comments:
This soup never fails to please. I keep the green peppers chopped and frozen in the freezer and I can serve up hot soup to guests dropping by in less than a half an hour. Sometimes I add a little wine. You can use sugar instead of splenda.
