 Canadian Chicken
     2 kls. chicken breast  garlic and salt
     1 can sweet corn  1 can heavy cream
     1 cup milk  5 slices  mozzarella cheese
     1 cube chicken stock  2 tablespoons butter
Canadian Chicken
1. Cook the chicken and shred it with your hands. Add the garlic (finely chopped), and salt to taste. Set aside.
2. Place butter in a skillet and stir fry the chicken until golden.
3. Line bottom and sides of a deep glass dish with plastic wrap. Place a layer of cheese slices, and a layer of chicken.
4. Place in blender the corn, milk, chicken stock and cream. Blend for 1 minute.
5. Pour the mixture on a skillet and cook on low until thickens and start bubbling.
6. Once it is cooked, spread over chicken. Cook on microwave oven for approximately 2 minutes.
7. You can serve it with rice, and enjoy it.
* You may add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the corn mix to add greater consistency.
