| Dulce de leche alfajores|
|     ||200 gr Butter||  ||300 gr Sugar|
|     ||1 tsp Vanilla||  ||3 Egg yolks|
|     ||500 gr Flour||  ||1/2 tsp Yeast|
|     ||250 gr Dulce de leche||  ||2 tbsp Powdered sugar|| |
|1.- Mix butter with sugar and vanilla until having a creamy consistency.|
2.- Combine the egg yolks with the flour sifted with the yeast, and add to previous preparation.
3.- Mix well and knead until having a soft dough.
4.- Strech the dough on a floured board leaving it about 1cm thick.
5.- Cut circles of one cup's diameter.
6.- Preheat the oven to 320 degrees, place the alfajores on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
7.- Once they are done, spread some dulce de leche on one half of an alfajor and put the other half on top (like a sandwich).
8.- Sprinkle with some powdered sugar.
