 Dulce de leche alfajores
 Ingredients:
     200 gr Butter  300 gr Sugar
     1 tsp Vanilla  3 Egg yolks
     500 gr Flour  1/2 tsp Yeast
     250 gr Dulce de leche  2 tbsp Powdered sugar
 
 Preparation:
1.- Mix butter with sugar and vanilla until having a creamy consistency.
2.- Combine the egg yolks with the flour sifted with the yeast, and add to previous preparation.
3.- Mix well and knead until having a soft dough.
4.- Strech the dough on a floured board leaving it about 1cm thick.
5.- Cut circles of one cup's diameter.
6.- Preheat the oven to 320 degrees, place the alfajores on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
7.- Once they are done, spread some dulce de leche on one half of an alfajor and put the other half on top (like a sandwich).
8.- Sprinkle with some powdered sugar.
