 Peruvian ceviche
 Ingredients:
     500 gr White fish  1 Onion
     2 Green peppers  1 gr Red pepper
     3 Lemons  2 Sour oranges
     2 ears Corn  250 gr Sweet potato
     Salt and pepper  
Peruvian ceviche
 Preparation:
1.- Wash the fish, chop into cubes and place into a strainer.
2.- Pour 1/2 liter of boiling water on top of the fish; strain well and place fish into a glass bowl.
3.- Peel onion and chop julienne.
4.- Wash peppers and chop julienne. Remove the seeds and add to the fish along with the onion.
5.- Squeeze the lemon juice and orange juice together, mix well, and pour into the bowl with the fish. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
6.- Remove some of the juice.
7.- Season with salt and pepper and decorate with sweet potato and corn (previously cooked and chopped).
