 Chicken Stew
 Ingredients:
     1 Chicken cut up  1 tsp salt
     1/2 tsp black pepper  2 balls recardo
     3 cloves garlic  vinegar
     1 tomato  1 onion diced
     1 potato diced  1/2 green pepper diced
     1 cup water  1 habenero pepper
     oil  1 pinch cumin
 
 Preparation:
1. Wash chicken with vinegar

2. Coat chicken with recardo and salt and both peppers. Put chicken into pot and sear. Pour off excess oil

3. Add onion, tomato, potato, and peppers, dash of vinegar and 1 cup water. Reduce heat and cover

Let simmer, adding water so that pot is never dry. Cook 'til chicken is tender

(opt) In fry pan, burn tsp brown sugar, 1 cup water and 1 tbls worcestershire sauce.

Add to stew and serve over coconut rice or with stew beans and rice
