 Surprise coctail
 Ingredients:
     1/2 Pinapple  12 Cooked prawns
     1 head Lettuce  1/2 cup Mayonaise
     1 tbsp Whisky  
 
 Preparation:
1.- Cut two thick slices of the pineapple. Peel them (save the peel intact), remove the core, chop into pieces and sprinkle the pieces with whisky.
2.- Wash lettuce and chop well.
3.- Peel prawn.
4.- Place the empty pineapple shells on plates to form bowls. Place the lettuce, pineapple chunks and prawn in the middle.
5.- Season with mayonaise and serve fresh.
