 Potato Soup
 Ingredients:
     6 med potatoes diced  2 med onions diced
     1/2 lb bacon  2 carrots diced
     2 stalk celery diced  4 cup evaporated milk
     1 tsp salt  black pepper
     4 cubes/tsp chicken bouillon  chives
     1 tbls parsley  4 cup water
     2 tbs butter  1 tsp Basil
     2 Bay Leaves  
 
 Preparation:
1. Cook bacon till crisp, then chop

2. Place all ingredients except evap milk and chives in a large covered 8 qt. pan. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours

3. Stir in milk during last 15 min

Serve topped with chives and bacon.
