 Rio de la plata sea bass
     800 gr Sea bass  2 tbsp Flour
     3 Onions  3 Tomatoes
     1 Red pepper  1 Green pepper
     23 tbsp Chopped parsley  4 tbsp Olive oil (for frying)
     Oregano  Salt and pepper
Wash the fish, to put it in a strainer and to leave to drain. Season Bass with salt and pepper; pass through flour and place on a tray in the oven. Heat the oil in a pan; add chopped onions and fry until transparent. Wash tomatoes, then chop them along with the peppers and fry until a sauce is made.
Pour the sauce on top of the sliced fish and sprinkle parsley and oregano on top. Preheat the oven to 375° F and cook for about 15-18min or until the bass is cooked.
