 Nicaragua bean soup
 Ingredients:
     350 gr Red beans  2 cloves Garlic
     3 Black pepper grains  2 Onions
     1 tbsp Butter  4 Eggs
     1 Chilli  Salt
 
 Preparation:
Cover beans with cold water and let them soak for 8 hours. Then, rinse them out and place them in a pot and cover with cold water again. Place the pot on the stove and have the water come to a boil. Once the water starts boiling, drain the water and cover beans once again with cold water. Place on the stove again on low. Peel and chop the garlic and 1 onion and place them in the pot along with the chopped peppers. Cook for one hour. Add pepper grains and chilli; cook for another 15 minutes, adding water if necessary.
Heat the butter in a pan and cook the rest of the chopped onion until golden. Mash the beans until a puree is made and add the fried onions. Serve hot.
Place the mashed beans in a separate pot and boil. Once the beans start to boil, crack the eggs and leave them until they are poached.
