 Chupe de leche
     1 liter Milk  1 tbsp Lard
     1 Large onion  500 gr Potato
     250 gr Fresh cheese  4 Egg yoaks
     Salt and pepper  
Heat lard in a pot and fry the chopped onion until golden. Peel, wash and chop potatoes into cubes and add to the pot and stir. Chop the cheese into cubes as well and add to the pot along with the milk. Season with salt and pepper and cook on low until the potatoes are tender. Remove from stove, add the egg yoaks. Beat energetically and serve.
