Crème Brulée
Ingredients:
    
2 cups light cream
 
1/2 cup milk
    
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 
5 egg yolks
    
1 egg
 
250 grs. sugar
Preparation:
1. Beat in bowl the egg yolks, egg, and 120 grs. sugar.
2. Place in a bowl the cream, milk, and vanilla; once it starts boiling, add to the eggs slowly, stirring continuously.
3. Place in saucepan and cook on low until it has thickened, but do not let it boil.
4. Pour the cream in a heat resistant glass dish and place it inside a larger dish, or tin filled with water. Bake on moderate oven.
5. Once the cream has cooled off. Make a caramel with the remaining sugar and 1 tablespoon of water.
6. Pour over the cream and refrigerate until serving.
7. You can garnish with nests made of caramel, or other garnish as desired.
