 Easy Peanut Soup
 Ingredients:
     1/2 kilo beef  1 onion
     1 whole turnip  1/2 cup peanuts
     1 stem parsley  6 potatoes
     1/2 cup rice  salt
     1 bay leaf  
Easy Peanut Soup
 Preparation:
1.- Place in a pot the meat, turnip, parsley, bay leaf, chopped onion and salt. Add water and cook for approximately 1 hour.
2.- Blend the peanuts with a little water until having a creamy consistency and add to the soup. Add the rice and let cook for 5 minutes. Last, add the potatoes and cook until done.
