 Chicken in creole sauce
     1 1/2 kg Chicken  1 Lemon
     6 tbsp Oil  1 Small onion
     600 gr Tomato  6 ears Corn (just the kernels)
     Salt and pepper  
Wash chicken and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Heat half of the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken on high until golden and turn the heat down on low until the chicken is tender.
Wash, peel and chop the onion and tomatoes. Heat the rest of the oil in another pan and cook the onions until transparent. Then, add the tomatoes and corn kernels, season with salt and pepper and cook on low for about 40 minutes. Serve chicken with the sauce on top.
