 Rice stuffed pineapple
     Cherries  100 gr Rice
     3 cups Milk  150 gr Sugar
     1 Pineapple  3/4 cup Cream
     Essence of vanilla  
Place the rice in a pot, add the milk and let it sit for about an hour. Place the pot on the stove and cook until the rice is tender. Add the sugar and some vanilla, stir and when the sugar has dissolved, turn off the stove and let cool.
Take the Pineapple and cut it in half (from top to bottom) and remove the fruit and save the shell. Chop the pineapple into cubes (removing the core) and add to the rice along with the cream. Fill the Pineapple halves with the rice mixture and decorate with some cherries.
