 Argentine criole sauce
     2 Onions  2 Red peppers
     2 Tomatoes  2 cloves Garlic
     1 tbsp Chopped parsley  1 tbsp Oregano
     1/2 cup Olive oil  1/4 cup Vinegar
     Salt and pepper  
1.- Wash the onions and peppers and put them in a pot of boiling water. Cook for a few minutes, then strain and cut the onions into slices and the peppers into strips. Place them into a bowl. .
2.- Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Cut into wedges and add to the bowl. Peel and cut the garlic into slices and add to the bowl along with the parsley, oregano, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Goes well with grilled meats.
