 Brazilian rice
 Ingredients:
     375 gr Rice  2 cloves Garlic
     2 tbsp Parsley  2 Potatoes
     4 tbsp Oil  2 Chives
     Salt and pepper  
 
 Preparation:
Cook rice in abundant boiling water and a little salt for about 15 minutes. Strain, rinse and save for later. In a large pan heat the oil and cook the chopped chives and garlic for about 5 minutes. Then, add the rice to the pan and cook everything together for another 3 minutes. Peel the potatoes, wash them and chop them jullienne fry them in oil until they are golden brown, then season them. Serve the rice with the potatoes on top.
