 Ingredients:
     600 grs.  frozen puff pastry dough  200 grs.  cooked cabbage
     200 grs. rice  300 grs. salmon
     1 cup white wine  2 shallots or white onions
     2 eggs  250 grs. mushrooms
     1 eggs  5 tablespoons butter
     1 handful mixed herbs  2 tablespoons wheat semolina
     1/2 teaspoon paprika   salt
     black ground pepper  
 
 Preparation:
1. Wash the salmon and place in very hot water with salt, the herbs, wine and paprika for 5 minutes.
2. Let cool in the broth and set aside.
3. Cook the rice in plenty of water and salt for 20 minutes, and drain.
4. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and fry the chopped mushrooms and shallots. Drain and set aside.
5. Cook the wheat semolina in a pot with salt and pepper for 20 minutes.
6. Place 2/3 of dough on a flat surface. Roll to approximately 3mm thick in a rectangle shape. Make a thick border with the four ends of dough (like a box shape).
7. Place in layers the following: rice, shredded salmon, sliced hard boiled eggs, chopped cabbage, mushrooms, shallots and wheat semolina.
8. Cover with the rest of dough, brush with a beatten egg, and bake on moderate to high oven (190º) for 30 minutes, or until it is cooked.
9. Remove from oven and serve with the remaining melted butter in a saucer.
