 Argentine criole stew
 Ingredients:
     750 gr Beef  1 Carrot
     1 Turnip  2 cloves Garlic
     1 Bay leaf  1 Tomato
     1 Onion  1/2 cup White wine
     1 cup Broth  250 gr Dried apricot
     1 tbsp Sugar  1 tbsp Chopped parsley
     4 tbsp Olive oil  Salt and pepper
 
 Preparation:
Before starting, chop the dried apricot and let it soak in water for about 15 min. Then, chop the beef into pieces and fry it in a pot with the olive oil. Peel and chop the carrot, turnip and garlic into small cubes and add to the pot. Fry those ingredients together, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Then, peel and chop the tomato and onion and add to the pot with the bay leaf, and season with some salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes. Then add the wine, broth, dried apricots and sugar. Mix well, cover the pot and cook on low until tender.
