 Stew with fruit
     800 gr Lean pork  2 Large onions
     1 clove Garlic  1 tsp Sugar
     2 Tomatoes  1 cup White wine
     300 gr Yucca  300 gr Sweet potato
     300 gr Peach  4 tbsp Olive oil
     Salt and pepper  2 Bay leaves
Cut meat into pieces fry the meat in a pot with the olive oil. Chop the onions and add to the meat and fry, stirring with a wooden spoon until golden. Chop and peel the tomatoes and garlic and add to the pot with the bay leaves, sugar, wine and 1/2 cup of water. Season with salt and pepper, stir and cover the pot and cook for about an hour. Meanwhile, peel and chop into pieces the Yucca, sweet potato and peaches. Then add those to the pot and cook slowly until it is all tender.
