 Stuffed lobster
 Ingredients:
     2 kg Lobster  3 tbsp Olive oil
     3 Chives  3 Small onions
     100 gr Green pepper  350 gr Mushroom
     6 tbsp Curry  1 Lemon
     Thyme  Salt
     Pepper  Parsley
 
 Preparation:
Place a generous amount of water and salt in a pot. Once the water starts to boil, place the lobsters in and let boil for about 15 minutes. Remove from the pot and let cool. Cut the lobsters in half (from head to tail) and remove the tail; then remove the meat from the body, head and legs; Throwing away the intestine (black stuff) and the vesicles. Be very careful not to break the shell.
Peel and chop the chives and onions. Then wash and chop the mushrooms, parsley and peppers. Prepare a little stir fry with the chives, onions, mushrooms, parsley, peppers and thyme. Once everything is tender, season with salt and pepper and add the lobster meat except the tail. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mix and add the curry and stir well. Place the prepared mixture into the lobster shells and place in the oven for a few minutes until the surface looks golden. Remove from oven and shop the lobster tail into slices and serve all together.
