 Sponge cake with condensed milk
     4 Eggs  2 Egg yoaks
     150 gr Sugar  150 gr Flour
     1 tsp Yeast  1 can Condensed milk
     60 gr Butter  1 tsp Powdered sugar
Sponge cake with condensed milk
Beat the eggs, egg yoaks and the sugar together until the volume doubles and there is no foam. Add flour and yeast and mix until there is a homogenous cream. Melt butter and let cool, then add to the mixture and beat again. Grease a sponge cake pan and puor the mixture into it and cook on medium hear for about 40 - 45 min. Once the sponge cake is done, remove from mold and let cool. Place the condensed milk in a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes (starting when the pot starts to wistle). Let the condensed milk cool then cut the cake open into two disks and pour the condensed milk into the middle of the cake and close. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
