 Chimichurri
 Ingredients:
     1/2 cup Vegetable oil  1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
     4 tbsp Spicy pepper  4 cloves Garlic
     1 tsp Ground black pepper  1 tbsp Oregano
     1 Laurel leaf  1/2 tbsp Salt
     1/2 tbsp Ground parsley  
Chimichurri
 Preparation:
Peel and ground garlic. Wash, dry and ground the Laurel leaf. Mix all the ingredients in a bottle and shake well. Leave the bottle in the refrigerator for about four or five days so that the chimichurri gets its taste.
 Comments:
This sauce is very popular with any kind of grilled meat.
