 Christmas Bread
 Ingredients:
     250 grs. flour  150 grs. butter
     6 eggs  200 grs. sugar
     200 grs. crystallized, or candied fruit  100 grs. raisings
     100 grs. canned cherries  100 grs. brazilian nuts
     100 grs. walnuts  3 tablespoons baking powder
     30 ml. whiskey  30 ml. sweet red wine
     30 ml. brandy  30 ml. water
Christmas Bread
 Preparation:
1. Beat with electric mixer the butter with the sugar, until a creamy consistency is achieved.
2. Sift together the baking powder with the flour.
3. Add the eggs to the butter mixture, alternating with the flour. Add the whiskey, wine and brandy, and some water if necessary.
2. Chop the nuts. Mix the nuts and fruit with half of the sugar and some flour, and add to dough. Place the dough in a greased baking tin.
3. Bake in preheated oven on medium temperature for approximately one hour. Place a skew stick inside dough, and if it comes out clean without any dough, the bread is done.
