Alaska Salmon | Ingredients: |      | 4 slices salmon |   | salt |      | pepper |   | 80 grs. butter |      | 1/4 cup white wine |   | 1 handful parsley |      | 10 leaves fresh basil |   | 1 teaspoon tarragon leaves |

Preparation: |
1. Wash the salmon and dry with paper towel. 2. Place each salmon fillet in a piece of tin foil. Season with salt and pepper, and melted butter. 3. Sprinkle with wine, and the chopped herbs. Seal the tin foil sides. 4. Bake in the oven at 250°C for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked. 5. Serve with your favorite vegetables. |
