 Alaska Salmon
     4 slices salmon  salt
     pepper  80 grs.  butter
     1/4 cup white wine  1 handful parsley
     10 leaves fresh basil  1 teaspoon tarragon leaves
Alaska Salmon
1. Wash the salmon and dry with paper towel.
2. Place each salmon fillet in a piece of tin foil. Season with salt and pepper, and melted butter.
3. Sprinkle with wine, and the chopped herbs. Seal the tin foil sides.
4. Bake in the oven at 250°C for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked.
5. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
