Café Liegeaus | Ingredients: |      | 1 cup express cofee (without sugar) |   | 1 scoop rum and raisings, or moka ice cream |      | 1 scoop vanilla ice cream |   | 2 tablespoons whipped cream |      | 3 teaspoons rum |   | 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup |      | 1 pinch cinnamon or cocoa powder |   | 1 straw |      | 1 waffer |   |

Preparation: |
1.Place the coffee in a nice large glass. 2.Add the rum and a pinch of ground cinnamon. 3.Place the 2 scoops of ice cream. 4.With a decorating nozzle garnish on top with the whipped cream. 5.Decorate with the chocolate syrup, a pinch of cinnamon, the waffer and the straw.
