 Café Liegeaus
 Ingredients:
     1 cup express cofee (without sugar)  1 scoop rum and raisings, or moka ice cream
     1 scoop vanilla ice cream  2 tablespoons whipped cream
     3 teaspoons rum  1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
     1 pinch cinnamon or cocoa powder  1 straw
     1  waffer  
Café Liegeaus
 Preparation:
1.Place the coffee in a nice large glass.
2.Add the rum and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
3.Place the 2 scoops of ice cream.
4.With a decorating nozzle garnish on top with the whipped cream.
5.Decorate with the chocolate syrup, a pinch of cinnamon, the waffer and the straw.
