 Layered Potatoes with Roquefort Cheese
 Ingredients:
     1 1/2 Kilo potatoes  100 grs. soft cheese
     1/2 Ltr.  milk  100 grs. butter
     parsley  ground pepper
     200 grs. Roquefort cheese  salt
Layered Potatoes with Roquefort Cheese
 Preparation:
1.- Turn the oven on. Grease an oven dish.
2.- Peel the potatoes and slice them. Place in the bottom an oven dish one layer of potatoes.
3.- Sprinkle some shredded Roquefort cheese on top of potatoes.
4.- Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and butter.
5.- Prepare other layers until all ingredients are used.
6.- Pour milk on the potatoes and cover them with soft cheese slices.
7.- If the potatoes are browning too fast, cover the dish with tin foil.
 Comments:
This potatoes are delicious, and can be prepared one day ahead and reheat before serving.
