 Cordon Blue
 Ingredients:
     8 veal fillets   4 slices ham
     4 slices soft cheese  salt tand pepper to taste
     2 tablespoons flour  2 eggs
     2 tablespoons bread crumbs  
Cordon Blue
 Preparation:
1. Place the fillets on a chopping board, cover them with plastic, and pound them with a wooden spatula to make them flat. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place one slice of ham, and one slice of cheese in each one of the fillets.
3. Roll the fillets and fasten with toothpicks. Roll them in flour. Beat the 2 eggs and cover the fillets with them. Then, roll them in the bread crumbs.
4. Fry the meat in abundant hot oil until they are golden brown. Serve with your favorite vegetables or salad.
