Bread soup | Ingredients: | |      | 20 slices of French loaf |   | 400 grs. cottage cheese | |      | 500 grs. mozzarella cheese |   | 1.000 c.c. milk | |      | 4 eggs |   | 4 onions | |      | 5 tomatoes |   | 1/2 cup water | |      | 1/4 cup oil |   | salt |

Preparation: |
1. Preheat oven. Cut the cheese in 2" wide slices. 2. Chop the onions and tomatoes. 3. Heat a pan with oil, and stir fry for the onions and tomatoes with salt. Add water and cook at low heat for 8 minutes approximately. 4. Grease an oven dish and spread some of the salsa. 5. Soak the bread slices in the milk, and cover the bottom of the dish. 6. Spread another layer of salsa, some cottage cheese and slices of mozzarella cheese. 7. Beat the eggs and pour 1/3 on top. 8. Repeat the same procedure, until all ingredients are used. 9. Top the dish with slices of mozzarella cheese. 10. Place in oven at medium temperature for 35 minutes. Serve hot.
