Pancakes | Ingredients: |      | 1 cup flour |   | 1 teaspoon baking powder |      | 3 eggs |   | 1/2 cup milk |      | 2 tablespoons butter |   | salt |      | 1 cup dulce de leche |   | confectioner's sugar |

Preparation: |
1. Beat the eggs until foamy. 2. Add the flour, baking powder, 1/2 melted butter and salt. Mix well. Let it stand for 15 minutes. 3. Pour batter by scoops in a greased non stick pan. Flip and cook the other side. 4. Spread dulce de leche on one side of the pancake, and fold in half or roll. Follow the same procedure with the rest of pancakes. 5. Place the pancakes in a serving dish, sprinkle confectioner's sugar and garnish with fresh fruit. |
