 Llajua ( Bolivian hot sauce)
 Ingredients:
     4 ripe medium tomatoes   2 red locotos (hot chilies, seeded)
     1 green locoto (seeded)  1  onion
     1 salt  
Llajua ( Bolivian hot sauce)
 Preparation:
1.- Cut the tomatoes in half and drain the juice in a small bowl.
2.- Blend the tomatoes with the chilies, and the onion chopped coarsely.
3.- Once you get a uniform paste, take it out of blender and add salt. Add the tomato juice that was in the bowl.
