Gma's Pineapple Upside Down Cake - 350  Ingredients:       4 eggs    1/2 C oil       1 C warm h2o    1 cn crushed pineapple, drained - save juice       1 bx yellow cake mix    1 sm bx inst van pudding       3/4 C butter, meilted    1/2 C brn sug

Preparation:

Spray 13x9. Pour melted butter on bottom. Sprinkle W/ brn sug. Spread drained crushed pineapple over. Make cake mix w/cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, warm h2o & juice from drained pineapple. Mix well. Pour over pineapple. Bake 45 min or till toothpick comes out clean.
