Grilled Artichoke Mushrroms  Ingredients:       1 pkg cream cheese softened    2 Tbs finely chopped green onions       1/4 cup mayo    1- 6-7oz jar marinated artichokes finely chopped       1/4 cup parmesean cheese    2- 6oz pkgs white mushrooms       can olive oil cooking spray    1/4 cup italian bread crumbs       1 Tbs  olive oil

Preparation:

Gut mushrooms of stems. Heat grill to medium heat. In medium bowl mix cream cheese, mayo, parm cheese, onions, adn artichokes. Spray rounded side of muchrooms with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into each mushroom. In small bowl mix olive oil and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top of each mushroom. Place mushrooms in 10" grill basket or foil tray. Place on grill 8-10 minutes or until tender.
