 Easy Artichoke Roll
     1- 8oz pkg cresent rolls  1/2 cup  shredded mozzerella
     1/4 cup mayo or salad dressing  1/2 cup chopped sweet pepper
     1- 6-6.5oz marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped  
On lightly floured surface, unroll cresent roll dough; seal perfurations. With lightly floured rolling pin roll dough into 15x8 rectangle. Stir together cheese, mayo, and artichokes. Spread mixture on dough leaving a 1/2" border. Sprinkle w/ sweet red pepper. Roll up starting on long edge. Moisten and pinch edges to seal. Place roll on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or unitl golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
